In a nice website, the U.S. Department of the Interior provides an overview on the royalties it derives from natural resources on Federal lands.

While in the overall context geothermal presents a fraction of the $100 billion in royalties (there are also additional bonuses, rents and other revenues)

In 2013, geothermal royalties were around $12.3 million, wind royalties around $5.8 million, while oil royalties were around $48 billion and gas $42 billion.
