Sierra Geothermal Power Corp. announces that it has postponed its Annual General meeting. That meeting was originally scheduled for June 24, 2010.
The company has announced the signing of a letter of intent with Ram Power Corp. for the acquisition of shares in Sierra Geothermal Power, which could result in a merger of both conmpanies.
Sierra has now obtained an extension from the British Columbia registrar of Companies to hold its Annual Meeting by no later than November 14, 2010.
