The European Federation of Geologists (EFG) and the Associacao Portoguesa de Geologos (APG) will be holding the EFG EuroWorkshop and 80th Council Meeting on 19-25 May 2022. The event will be held at Pico Island, Azores and will have the title “Natural Hazards, Geothermal, and Geological Heritage: Expressions of Geodiversity.” Registration is currently open via this link for the event.
There will also be an optional pre-conference field trip at the Terceira Island where participants will get to visit the Pico Alto geothermal plant.
