About the job:
- Identify suitable land areas and landowners within prioritized areas
- Acquire land for geothermal power plant development
- Negotiate land lease agreements with landowners to give us appropriate rights to develop our projects
- Secure local community consent
- Secure all third-party consents necessary to build and operate our projects
- Manage and develop existing 3rd party Project Developers
- Search, negotiate, manage and develop new 3rd party Project Developers
- Planning and overseeing sales and marketing initiatives
- Manage and report sales budget and forecast for Baseload Power Taiwan
- Align Business Development with HQ strategy
