In accordance with the Decision of the Ministry of Environment and Energy on modification and amendment of the decision of the Ministry of Environment and Energy, from September 30, 2019, a tender is conducted to select the most suitable bidder for exploration of geothermal waters in the exploration area “Virovitica 2” for issuing a permit for the extraction of geothermal water for energy purposes.
The tender was already announced in mid-October 2019.
The notice of initiation of the tendering procedure was published in the Official Gazette of the Republic of Croatia Official Gazette NN 97/2019.
The bidding documents have been published on the official website of the Ministry of Environment and Energy and the Hydrocarbon Agency.
