The huge merger of oil service firms Halliburton Co. and Baker Hughes Inc. made the headlines in 2014, as we reported in November that year.
According to the Wall Street Journal now reports that the U.S. Justice Department is now preparing to file a lawsuit to block the proposed merger between the two companies.
