Call for EOI – Consultancy Laguna Colorada project, Bolivia

In February 2020, Bolivian state-power utility launched a tender for expressions of interest for consulting services for the construction of a geothermal power plant at Laguna Colorada, Bolivia. Due to covid, Grupo Ende though then postponed and ultimately suspended the call for expressions of interest. The company did suspended the process aimed at establishing a short list of suitable contractors for “CONSULTING SERVICES FOR THE CONSTRUCTION OF THE ENERGY PLANT OF THE LAGUNA COLORADA GEOTHERMAL PROJECT”, as part of its ENDE-EI-01-2019 (second call). Now the company has issued the EOI notice again under Code No: ENDE-EI-01-2019 (third call) Email enabled to answer questions: pglc@ende.bo  Documents related to the call can be found linked below or here. Note: We were able to access the documents yesterday, but currently the website is not accessible, but check again. In the mean time construction has kicked off on the 5 MW pilot plant on site of the Laguna Colorada project, a project that was by tender by the consortium of Sacyr and Ormat.
